VILLA ANTONIO WINERY
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Villa Antonio Winery respects the privacy of every guest, couple, and visitor who interacts with us. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to villaantonio.com and the pages we operate. It does not apply to third-party websites that we link to. If you have questions about anything in this policy, contact us at marketing@villaantoniowinery.com or 636-475-5008.
1. Information You Provide to Us
We collect the information you choose to give us. This usually happens when you:
- Submit a wedding, event, or general inquiry form
- Request a venue tour or schedule a consultation
- Place an order for food, wine, or merchandise
- Purchase tickets to an event
- Sign up to receive emails or event announcements
- Contact us by phone, email, or social media
- Apply for a position with us
Depending on what you are doing, that information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event date, estimated guest count, event type, budget range, and any details you include in a message to us.
2. Payment Information
Online orders and payments are processed by Square. Payment card details are entered directly into Square, and we do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our website or our servers. Square handles that information under its own privacy policy.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
We use this information to understand how the site is performing and to improve the experience for future visitors.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We use three general categories:
- Essential cookies, which keep the site working, including cart and form functions
- Analytics cookies, primarily Google Analytics, which help us see traffic patterns and which pages are most useful
- Advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, which let us measure how our advertising performs and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete cookies already stored, or alert you when one is being set. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using the browser add-on that Google provides for that purpose. You can adjust the advertising you see from Meta through the ad preferences settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
5. Information from Other Sources
We receive inquiry information from wedding directories and listing services when you submit a request through their platforms, including The Knot and WeddingWire. We also receive limited information when you interact with our pages on social media. What those platforms share with us is governed by their own privacy policies and by your settings on those services.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide pricing, availability, and tour scheduling
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver weddings, private events, and dining experiences
- Process and fulfill orders
- Send information you have requested, including event announcements and promotional email if you have opted in
- Improve our website, our services, and our marketing
- Maintain business records, meet our contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for those functions. These include our event management and customer relationship platform, our payment processor, our email and marketing tools, our website host, and our analytics and advertising providers.
We may share information with vendors involved in your event, such as caterers, photographers, florists, or rental companies, when that is necessary to carry out an event you have booked with us.
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of our guests and staff.
If Villa Antonio Winery is involved in a sale, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of all or part of its business or assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. Email and Text Messages
If you opt in to receive marketing email from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any message or by contacting us directly. We will still send messages related to an event, order, or booking you have with us, because those are necessary to provide the service.
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving them by replying STOP.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you have booked, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. Inquiry records that do not result in a booking are kept for a limited period for follow up and reporting and are then removed.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting and limits on staff access. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to marketing@villaantoniowinery.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, and we may keep certain information where the law requires or allows it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state privacy law. Contact us and we will tell you how those apply to your request.
13. Links to Other Websites
Our website links to third party sites, including our online ordering platform, ticketing partners, wedding directories, and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the website.
